Dear Members

Attached is the final layout map for Shannon’s Wheels at Queanbeyan Showgrounds on Sunday 28th February 2021 – THIS SUNDAY.

The STHARC area is immediately inside the entrance to the arena near the grandstand, on the left as you enter.  We have indications of more than 25 vehicles from our club attending.  Please co-operate with the club marshalls who will direct you where to place your vehicle within our club display area.

  • All display vehicles are expected to be in position by 9:30am, and for safety reasons to remain until 1:30pm.
  • At our club Gazebo please check in on our attendance book, Can you bring the book Ray Malam.

SIGN-IN

Each vehicle and its passengers must be signed in before entry to the arena.

  • If possible, present a completed sign-in form (see blank form attached) that lists driver and passengers.
  • Alternately, you may sign in at the entrance by a QR code on your smart phone, using the “Service NSW” app that you can download in advance.
  • If you don’t have a pre-filled form or smart phone access, you will be diverted from the entry queue and assisted to make your sign-in. That will slow down entry for everyone behind you

Visitors, including club members who are not exhibiting a historic vehicle, must park outside the arena in designated areas

I encourage you to come and have an enjoyable day.

Regards Joe Vavra President
